Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

Referent to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the operators of the website are neither the primary nor secondary "producers" of any visual depictions depicting real or simulated sexual behavior featured hereon. The operator of ladyboytube.tv restricts their activities with regard to sexually explicit content furnished by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. The areas of ladyboytube.tv on which user contributed content is presented are under the control of those users. The operators are thus exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as specified in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Should any content on ladyboytube.tv be thought to be illegal, unlawful, harassing, harmful, offensive or otherwise unacceptable, the website reserves the right, as decided solely by the operator, to remove said content from the site forthwith in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).
